The property is divided into 4 mini-apartments, accommodating 2 to 4 people, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, and hallway; two of the mini-apartments are also equipped with a kitchenette, and two have a sea view. All mini-apartments have access to the equipped sunbathing area with sun loungers, tables, and a barbecue, and are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, shared outdoor shower, and Wi-Fi. Additionally, the property provides complimentary bicycles and rickshaws for enjoyable rides. Breakfast is included in the rate and is served externally at a nearby Bar Pasticceria. The property allows only weekly stays, with a minimum duration of 7 nights, and assignments are from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in starting from 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Initial and final cleaning of the stay is free. Any other requests can be arranged on-site upon arrival. Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the tourist tax and may request additional linen changes at an additional cost.
